As long as you are not silly and irresponsible like him, no one will shoot you. We don't shoot people for asking question cause they want the best for their pets, not doing something silly to harm their pets and yet keep quiet and pretend to be smart and tell the false stories, and also run away from the facts when people asking.wodent cost a bomb.. might as well get another habitrail for hammy?? i'm just curious, don't shoot me like frostfox..lolx |

Hamsters avoid broken legs and strangulations. Sugar gliders go absolutely nuts on these wheels. Even rats love running since they don't get their feet hurt and their tails whacked by unsafe axle supports. The semi-enclosed design and the solid rear wall also makes rodents, who are natural "wall-huggers," feel much safer as they run. Wodent Wheels are easily disassembled for cleaning and are constructed of tough, safe plastic with a stable base of heavy-gauge painted (baked-on powder coated) steel. Wodent Wheels are low cost, much safer and quieter than conventional wire exercise wheels, and have a clean, simple design using recycled and recyclable plastics. If they aren't being attacked by chewers, with a little care Wodent Wheels will last for years. Wodent Wheels are not recommended for gerbils and chinchillas with chewing problems. Don't worry, as long as you don't harm your hammy, we won't harm you. |

Enferno, wodent cost a bomb.. might as well get another habitrail for hammy?? i'm just curious, don't shoot me like frostfox..lolx Wodent Wheel is 8" whereas the Habitrail is 7.5"... If you have dwarf hamsters then the Habitrail wheels are good enough but if you have syrians then any 8" and above wheels is good for them. If a syrian run on the Habitrail wheel you can that it is just nice but cramp. Also you can see his back in an arch when s/he is running which is bad for the syrian in the long run. Plus its more silent than the Habitrail wheels. Anyway it is a good investment for your hamsters as the wheel is certified by ASPCA. Plus JTL is selling at a promo price which is cheaper than any 8" wheels out there now (unless you're thinking about those 8" noisy wheels which is ok but not good for your ears at night). The Sanko Wild 21cm Wheel is more expensive compared to what JTL is selling now. If you get Wodent Wheel later, there might not be such a good promotion like this. What made you think that you will be shot like FrostFox? Please read carefully. If you are doing the correct thing and learn from your mistakes instead of hiding like someone we all know then you are fine here. FrostFox - I know you reading this, please consider this wodent wheel for your silver grey syrian if you love her enough. It's good for her. QUOTE(abang brother @ Jan 28 2008, 10:22 PM) Will reply you in PM, yah? QUOTE(Enferno @ Jan 28 2008, 10:24 PM) i'm just wondering..what is the diff between wodent wheels with other wheel..i'm cool with safari wheel.. Actually, there are a number of differences:wodent cost a bomb.. might as well get another habitrail for hammy?? 1. The Wodent Wheel has no dangerous pinch areas which can strangulate or break your hammi's legs or neck 2. The Wodent Wheel is very very stable and does not swing like some other cheaper wheels 3. It is enclosed which rodents prefer because they like to live in walls. It's like running in the wall for the rodent 4. The fact that it is approved by ASPCA shows how safe it is. Note to Mods: Not advertising here. Just pointing out the differences |

I don't use those tiny wheel even for my robos. Looks very cramped... plus they both wanna run on it at the same time, often resulting in flinging or pushing of one another. The bigger wheel looks more comfortable for my robos, plus, they can both run on it at the same time!
