It's not about being official, but you can't withdraw more than RM10,000 per day with BigPay smile.gif That's been in our T&Cs forever!

Yes, I have paid 2 time at Great Eastern eConnect with Big Pay, no problem. However, today I encounter cannot pay at Maxis Pay again.

I encounter some weird transactions in BP apps.

Previously when I withdrawal cash from local ATM but they rejected.
Because I choose the wrong option so they reversed the transactions. From Saving Account instead of Credit Card Account. blush.gif

After that i try again to withdrawal another time by choosing credit card then only successful withdrawal from ATM. tongue.gif

But then after 2 days another transaction as reversed with the same amount appear... doh.gif
The transaction appear as Reversed but I didn't make any withdrawal on that day ... shocking.gif shocking.gif

i thought only stated wallet limit is RM10k, not max spend/withdraw RM10k/day

For Maxis Pay, this is what I encountered:
1. Can't pay directly if key in BP details.
2. Login to my Maxis Pay account -> Manage Cards -> add new card, BigPay.
3. Card gets verified.
4. Go back to Maxis Selfcare, pay with Maxis Pay, only payment can get through.

Hope you'll experience the same too smile.gif

I was withdraw from ATM and select Saving Account and it's successful though, actually which one should we select?

Tried 2.5k at my area HLB also cannot. Slip says ATM limit.

I select credit card instead of saving or current account.

Anyone tried maybank ATM? What’s the max?

Same bank even different areas, ATM limit will be different

U just need to trial and error.

U must bear the risk to get your account banned.
