I encounter some weird transactions in BP apps.

Previously when I withdrawal cash from local ATM but they rejected.
Because I choose the wrong option so they reversed the transactions. From Saving Account instead of Credit Card Account.

After that i try again to withdrawal another time by choosing credit card then only successful withdrawal from ATM.

But then after 2 days another transaction as reversed with the same amount appear...
The transaction appear as Reversed but I didn't make any withdrawal on that day ...

Anyone encounter with retail shops refuse to swipe this BP card?

They reject the card by saying this a not a card from a bank and asking another card which is from a BANK...

One of a reputable Chinese medical and health retails.
The most funny thing is that I did used this card to purchase last month in the same shop.
Furthermore they said their company policy that only received card issued by a bank.
So I had no choice since they refuse to swipe my BP, I took out my Maybank card to pay..

I think just wait only. My previous authorization of RM1 at Shopee just released after 1 week.

Status remain pending for whole week and after reversed status in BP apps will change to Released and credit back to your balance.
