So here is it.

1. If you reload using CC not under your name - Ban (I reload only using CC under my name).
2. If you spend too much (Dont ask me to define what is too much), BIGPAY will give you a sweet call or ask for your credit card statement as proof.
3. Unker use BIGPAY as my only credit card, mean unker top up and pay all bill including but not limited to utility,  mail & telephone order, professional services, goverment services, insurance, f&b, petrol, retail, hotel using this card only. Each month spend > 2.5k
4. Unker did withdrawal less than 5 times.
5. Unker did not top up and withdraw same day.
6. Unker still resolving the issue with BigPay, lodge a police report.

Out of topic
- If you try paying bill using BigPay, transaction fail but money deducted, it will take 7~8days to refund to your BigPay account.

Unker did not withdraw much la, like < 5 times kena already loh

Unker tried transfer fund to kawan I during CNY using e-angpao, baru 100sen then my kawan kena called and ask if he know unker in real person.

Before suspend, unker also receive call and that fella ask unker why withdraw.
Diao its unker money why cannot withdraw.

Then you know what happen next loh. Unker face problem gua.

How much Bigpoint reward for spending? I have few transactions but can't seen to understand the reward given for spend.

Eg , reload RM2500 , and spend RM2500 .

Reload point = 2500/50 = 50 points
Spend point = 2500/20 = 125 points

total == 50 + 125 = 175 points ?

How do you transfer money out of Bigpay back to your bank account?

Would like to reconfirm that when topping up Bigpay, the recorded transaction's Date & Time is the actual local Date & Time?
Bigpay cant be used for Lazada purchases.

Paying AirAsia with BP really worth it, u got 2 X Big points for every RM1 on the air tickets and also RM6 rebates from meals and luggage~ The plus points the receipt is separate for the deduction, means u earn RM6 CB on flight order for company claim~

Yeah, as said earlier... BIG Loyalty was down over the weekend, and there were some weird issues following that. Anyone who's encountered issues with BIG Points, should be fixed by the end of the week.
