I just bought AirAsia ticket with BP, but don't see the 2X points for each RM1. Does the point reflect immediately on the same day or do i have to wait a few more days?
How many points do you see in BP app?

yep, my GE is set to autodebit from BP card. been doing it for 2 months now.

Funny thing happened on my account...
Yesterday i topup my account 9 times but 1 time failed, then the failed transaction went through just now and my account got top up automatically... what the heck.. mad.gif

People have been experiencing issue when trying to do back-to-back top ups. If one transaction fails but amount is still deducted from issuing card's account, we automatically settle the transaction and the top up is reflected in your BigPay account. Nothing unusual here!

Yes, I have paid 2 time at Great Eastern eConnect with Big Pay, no problem. However, today I encounter cannot pay at Maxis Pay again.

I encounter some weird transactions in BP apps.

Previously when I withdrawal cash from local ATM but they rejected.
Because I choose the wrong option so they reversed the transactions. From Saving Account instead of Credit Card Account. blush.gif

After that i try again to withdrawal another time by choosing credit card then only successful withdrawal from ATM. tongue.gif

But then after 2 days another transaction as reversed with the same amount appear... doh.gif
The transaction appear as Reversed but I didn't make any withdrawal on that day ... shocking.gif shocking.gif

i thought only stated wallet limit is RM10k, not max spend/withdraw RM10k/day

Any link where it says 2 x Big points for every RM1 on the air tickets? Coz I only received the usual 1point for every rm20 for my ticket last 2 weeks
