Just try to activate after the app send you push notifications about the card is delivered.

Anyone using HL Wise Card to reload BigPay? Which category should I choose for BigPay reload to be entitled for the monthly 5% CB capped RM100?

Ya maybe just because of the server error, just now able to swipe at a restaurant.

My BP points still OK without deduction after withdrawal
They need to check the BP points because some settled transaction still hvt award points, including those pending one.

hlbwise dont have online category, u still need to spend 1k for other which not fall in your chosen category, provided you spend 1k on your chosen category then only entitle to spend 2k for max cb 100

Today, pay Maxis postpaid using BigPay through MyMaxis Android App, it redirect to a browser where I key in Card details and I received OTP successfully. Key in OTP, submit, and it say payment not successful - a note saying if I am charged, I will be refunded. And in BigPay app, already deducted the amount.
BTW, I still have negative balance in Maxis.
I noticed that Maxis Pay payment gateway is cybersource.

Another case of Big Pay cannot be used, I tried to pay TM through unifi.com.my. Go in to pay now, key in credit card details, after that the message as per attached photo appear. Big Pay cannot be accepted by TM payment gateway.

Just to share my experience on unsuccessful or "DO NOT HONOUR" transactions, 2 scenarios:
(1) The transaction is crossed immediately at BP App, the tx is "REVERSED"
(2) The transaction is PENDING, amount deducted for 8 DAYS, then crossed and "RELEASED" in BP App.
[Very troublesome if you want to get merchant to release immediately as both the merchant and cardholder do not have approval code for processing]

So now I avoid large amount transaction using BP card, and I must make sure BP App is working smoothly before using BP card for transaction.

In fact, I feel this kind of issue shouldn’t happen to a financial service co.. BigPay need to take step to make sure Merchant update bigpay in their payment system to avoid this kind of failed txn. It also will make customer lose confidents due to frequent system down.

Hey guys. Yeah, it's been a "great" Sunday... Long story short, the app was down for about 7 hours. Here are all the different things that might have happened to you and how things will be solved.

- You tried topping up and the money was deducted from your credit / debit card, but it doesn't show in your BigPay account. We will manually settle all top ups that were made during down time yesterday and the balance will be reflected accordingly. Depending on the amount of top up attempts that were made, it should be done by end of day tomorrow.

- You tried paying for something. The transaction was declined, but the amount was still deducted from your BigPay account. Same as above: we will manually settle all failed transactions. This process is a bit more tedious as it involves more work for our finance department - but all hands are on deck. I'll keep you posted on the resolution timeline.
