Wait for about 4 hours, BigPay app still down, I need to buy air Asia ticket and other transaction.

Looks like I need to use other credit card to buy air ticket and need to pay the processing fees already.

looks like their system can not handle increasing users load.

Almost every week down once. How?

the app is down, but the card still can be used, so try to have more funds in BP smile.gif

I think someone mentioned that BigPay allow to overspent and the value will be negative.

Reload back once system ready.

Never try before, but please correct me if I'm wrong. smile.gif

Did anyone face App outage before for other payment app? i.e. boost/fave/vash etc...?

I think BigPay needs to solve their reliability issue...

System down since 7 hours ago. First time see financial system down for so long, feel not confidence on it, it is not normal system, is money related.

Can we report to bank negara?

The app is back for me. I supposed I have no issue with reload now? I'm afraid I won't receive the fund due to earlier app outage. Planned to reload using my JustOne as my new statement cycle just commences and I will have 50 days of free interest period. laugh.gif

My BP card got declined twice at a restaurant CIMB terminal at 4pm (message said system unavailable), but now balance has been deducted twice. Super annoyed.

Ended up paying with another card but hope BP returns my money!

Happened to me before. The fund will be released in 1 week + when the merchant doesn't claim.

I can't use it at Padini Aeon Bukit Tinggi… The machine stated Do Not Honour… Lucky no deduction in the apps

Updated: Omg… It still deduct…

Thanks. Today I was so frustrated with App downtime, card rejection and not being able to see my balance that I just withdrew RM1,500 from ATM. Cash better than a questionable card.

whenever i use the card to swipe or perform online transaction, the notification will only pop out when i login to the app.. shouldn't it pop up when the card has been charged? hmm...

same as mine, i'm using note8 with latest soft and latest bp app
