For those reloaded with FCB VS, just wanna confirm if the transaction date and posting date are always the same? So far I only did first time reload of RM 20 and both dates are the same.

I just noticed I miscalculated and I still have some excess of cash back this month but I don't plan to reload now, I just want to ensure I have no more spending anymore only will reload to BigPay.

Just checked mine within this two months for spending on BigPay, transaction and posting date are the same

Finally added BigPay into GrabPay. Grab team asks me to monitor my account in these few days, so I won't try the e-wallet first in case the system bans me again. doh.gif

At least now it is working. biggrin.gif

Just checking, what type of card you selected during withdraw from BigPay card in Singapore??

I have withdraw at Changi Airport, transaction as below:

Type : credit card/charge card
Cash withdrawal : S$ 800.00
ATM fee by DBS : S$ 5.00
Total : S$ 805.00

Equivalent to : RM2,479.99
DBS Rate : RM3.080740

Checked mymoneymaster.com, seem like SGD 1 = MYR 2.94

The rate for withdraw is quite high ??

Oh my, the rate is pretty expensive. I think only worth it to use the card to pay. I just swiped yesterday in SG and the rate is 2.9595, pretty good. Haven't tried withdrawing money in SG though.
*
If I recall correctly, someone has tried withdrew and pretty good rate, I think that is HSBC ATM

QUOTE(minthiam @ Jul 2 2018, 01:51 PM)
I thought MYR 2479.99/$805 = 3.08? How is it MYR 2.94? I think the forex of SGD 1 to MYR 2.94 is very good?
Did the MYR 2479.00 include the ATM withdrawal fees?
*
Yup, MYR 2,479.99 is including of withdrawal fee

Forgive my bad math but how is MYR2469.99 (-MYR10 BigPay withdrawal fess) divide by $805 SGD came to 2.94?
*
QUOTE(tan_aniki @ Jul 2 2018, 02:11 PM)
then you should deduct RM10 before divide.
but still very high rate...
2.94 is refer to online conversion rate la...
*
2.94 is refer to online conversion rate

Sorry, I should emphases MYR 2,479.99 is including with the DBS withdrawal fee, but not BigPay processing fee

Total amount deduct from my BigPay account is MYR 2,489.99

Meaning 2489.99/805 = 3.093 blink.gif shocking.gif

Wait for about 4 hours, BigPay app still down, I need to buy air Asia ticket and other transaction.

Looks like I need to use other credit card to buy air ticket and need to pay the processing fees already.

looks like their system can not handle increasing users load.

Almost every week down once. How?
*
I think someone mentioned that BigPay allow to overspent and the value will be negative.

Reload back once system ready.

Never try before, but please correct me if I'm wrong. smile.gif
