i'm not sure whether this has been asked before. will there be any issue if my top up from credit card is not from my own credit card? eg. if one wanna maintain their spouse spending. they only top up certain amount into his spouse bigpay account.

read that on the first page, it stated bigpay will ban you once they detect that you top up from other than your own credit/debit card?

yvonnesoo, mind to point where in the first page informs account banning if using other cc to top up other bigpay? I will edit accordingly.

In the post #01, FAQ > Q4 > A4 for your easy ref.

no such thing as TOTAL BAN by bigpay.

unless stated/published officially by bigpay, everything else is more to user's own comments and experiences.
i myself asked the same question before. below are some answers posted in here:

bigpay hired citilink as their courier is really bad. i experienced bigpay customer service is not good as well. so hard to call in. citilink more worst. card status show delivered but didn't arrived. called bigpay and cs provide the consignment number to ask to check online myself. checked is send to address that is not mine. requested to cancelled card and reprint and resend. even told me my address is long and complicated and whether do i have another address that is easier for courier. omg. this is so hassle. btw, i'm not the one who experience this. my sis and friends too and they didn't receive their card eventhough apps stated delivered.

Hi mate,

mind to share more details like which bank, which cc, master/visa, when?

This details would help to resolve the issue much faster.
*
tried to top up twice yesterday using ocbc mastercard cc. stuck in loading page and after that got error. forget to screenshot the page. if i'm not mistaken error message stated "failed to load. payment or card is don't know what dbl?? i'm not sure. end up i use maybank cc to top up. no issue. also i encounter maybank cc is the most easiest and faster compare to other bank cc. tried other bank cc. either got error or slow to load or slow in sending back the tac. i'm not sure about others, but that is my experience. hopefully bigpay can look into this matter

As of today, I'd say it's better to send a message on Facebook.
*
alright. will contact via FB message and see how it goes. this is because this is the replacement card as the first delivery took weeks to arrived. card arrived few days after card cancellation. apps show that card delivered since last week but till today haven't deliver to the mailbox yet. i would suggest bigpay using the registered post instead of maildrop service. so many deliveries issue that customers encounters. either didn't receive or document is lost

What happened to you suck. We've played around with different delivery services, and unfortunately there isn't one that's going to be perfect 100% the time from end-to-end. The best we can do right now is track down the regions seem to encounter the most issues and make sure we follow up with our users the best we can. Thanks for sharing your experience though, it does light a fire under our ass smile.gif
*
at least registered post (which need user to sign off) is better than using maildrop service (which is just drop it at the mailbox). definitely know that there is no 100% accuracy in delivery but the percentage of customer getting the card on hand is much lower if document just drop it at the mailbox sweat.gif bigpay cs even asked is there any other easier mailing address?? hmm.gif sorry to say that i find it kind of ridiculous doh.gif

Just wondering how long on average do you guys get your card after verification approval? Mines been longer than a week already seems like some issues with Citylink.

Jonathan has been helping me to follow up (somehow BP email is useless too sweat.gif)
*
1st delivery is more than 2 weeks which is so coincidence fall during puasa and raya week. so i assume delayed due to this festive season. 2nd delivery, already more than a week still didn't arrive. so... whistling.gif btw, i'm in klang valley too sweat.gif bp fb and email also useless. called cs also useless. all they can check is telling that document arrived as citylink there stated "delivered"! will give them another 1 more week. if the card still haven't arrived, plan to cancel and get refund instead. their service really lousy doh.gif

a question on the notification of BP app... unsure if anyone having the same problem as mine.
whenever i use the card to swipe or perform online transaction, the notification will only pop out when i login to the app.. shouldn't it pop up when the card has been charged? hmm...

i have the same issue as yours. btw, i'm using iphone x with the latest bigpay app wink.gif

And to those who claimed BigPay top-up is no longer counted as online transaction for OCBC Titanium MC. Please check your OCBC online transaction history again. It is just OCBC is late in making the adjustment this month.
*
i called ocbc. their cash rebate is not paid to you all in one month. it's divided by 2 (current month and another one is on next month). ocbc cs also told me that bigpay is not considered as online transaction. hence only 0.1%. this is because i checked my statement, there is no 1% rebate. only 0.1% doh.gif

yes. cash rebate for online transaction is given in 2 batches,
- 0.1% will be given to your on your statement date. you will be able to see this in your statement
- 0.9% will be given to your 1 to 2 days after your statement date. you can see this under "unbilled transcation" or the next statement, but not current statement

so far based on my experience, it does give 1% for bigpay, provided you did not swipe too much (more than your credit limit).

if you swiped more than your credit limit, then the cashback will be processed manually and the management will not give 1% (reason: the transaction is not for personal usage)
*
i checked mine is none. no transaction on my unbilled transaction (already more than 2 days after my statement date). that is why i called in to OCBC to clarify cry.gif i only try it 1 time to check whether OCBC will give 1% or not.. total transaction in my card only 2 laugh.gif so in my case, definitely won't over my credit limit sweat.gif

weird.. hmm.gif i guess i will write in to ask OCBC to clarify on this.. or wait until next statement

my just open internetbanking

my statement date on 11th. the 0.9% comes in on 17th
*
ohmy.gif wow that is long. anyway, thanks for your info. i will check it out then..

really dislike this 2 tiers cash rebate. so confusing and it's troublesome to calculate. probably they hope their user don't calculate and if they give less, nobody will notice laugh.gif

Please check your online banking account again. The adjustment is normally made 1 days after the first cash rebate is credited to your account. But this month the remaining rebate for online transaction is credited 5 days later. And I got the full 1% cash rebate for BigPay transaction too for this month.

thanks.. i will recheck my account and see how it goes. asking u guys are way more clearer than OCBC cs doh.gif
