Just try to reload from ambank credit card, failed. I want to make payment now at cashier but failed to reload. My behind queue very long because I can’t reload my bigpay.
Why nowadays so many problem. |

Try 2nd time to top up from ambank credit card, failed again.

Wait for about 4 hours, BigPay app still down, I need to buy air Asia ticket and other transaction.
Looks like I need to use other credit card to buy air ticket and need to pay the processing fees already. looks like their system can not handle increasing users load. Almost every week down once. How? |

bigpayjonathan just want to check, is it bigpay backend not able to scale the workload which increase significantly?
