Just try to reload from ambank credit card, failed. I want to make payment now at cashier but failed to reload. My behind queue very long because I can’t reload my bigpay.

Why nowadays so many problem.

Wait for about 4 hours, BigPay app still down, I need to buy air Asia ticket and other transaction.

Looks like I need to use other credit card to buy air ticket and need to pay the processing fees already.

looks like their system can not handle increasing users load.

Almost every week down once. How?

System down since 7 hours ago. First time see financial system down for so long, feel not confidence on it, it is not normal system, is money related.

Can we report to bank negara?

bigpayjonathan just want to check, is it bigpay backend not able to scale the workload which increase significantly?

Nothing, just curious because I’m working in IT.
Our backend server need to handle few hundreds request per second and support worldwide transaction. Need to scale it easily.

If they not able to handle the load, just wondering how is their architecture behind that.

I did raise the issue of reliability/availability some time back in a post but everyone is more preoccupied with getting more benefits and more importantly their ability to withdraw cash from their credit cards.  doh.gif  I think everyone is slowly beginning to realise as BP's service breakdown is becoming a regular event and now impacting the ability of customers reloading their BP accounts.

Agree with you and totally make sense. Hope bigpay top management look this very seriously.

I rather they focus on the stability now and postpone those new features later.
