Would have thought it would have been able to cope with large number of users like Air Asia app....

Need to book AA tickets tonight and can't load my card. Sigh.

anyone tried with hl wise card?

tear up your hlb wise card, it is no longer wise card since need to spend at least RM2k/month in order to get 10% CB capped at RM100/month which is 100/2000 = 5% and somemore need to pay AF without waiver which means (1200-300)/24000 or (1200-250)/24000 or (1200-160)/2400 = 3.75/3.96/4.33, all less than 5%... of cos you can get more CB than what PBVS/PBQMC/PBQV/MBBVS gived per month, but overrall the best card is still HLB Fortune which gives you over RM2400 CB per year

I spend RM1000/month on Insurance and Govt which I may get only 0-0.2% rebate/reward. so my return is not less than 8%.

If Bigpay topup is part of month spend, assume cash withdraw RM3000 every quarter, then
(100x12) - (6x4) - 160 = 1016 / 12000 (spend on 3 categories, excl bigpay) -> 8.47%

Shouldn't u include the rm12000 spend on Insurance and Govt in the total spend?
And assuming u get back 0.2% -> rm24, so (1016+24)/24000 = 4.33%.

No way I could get 5-10% rebate on Insurance and Govt (for my case) before BigPay and FCB were launched.
So I look at the effective rebate on 3 categories only. The rebates from Insurance and Govt are negligible.

What everyone is saying is that your phone is likely compromised. Better reset it immediately.

But now u can load up Bigpay using CCs that give high CB from cards' feature plus promo and use Bigpay to pay Insurance & govt, no? But actually 4.33% is quite good too.

Haha BigPay is still new and I am yet to use the BigPay card aggressively.
It will take sometime for me to digest the insurance and govt bills (for this year) with BigPay and various high rebates CC.
Then I will look into using HLB Wise to topup BigPay.
Try not to carry too many CC and (unused) credit limits.

For me my insurance is about RM1345 combining my kids and mine.
With the normal spending on others spending combining my wife and company hotel/flight purchase, i can easily get the RM68k bonus which is RM880, although i got RM1800 bonus in my first year.
It's your own decision to get RM1016 cash back per year (for higher CB %) with HLB Wise or you can combine with others to get RM1440/RM2400++ per year (although lower CB %) with HLB Fortune.
Btw i'm also spending online transaction just for PBVS and PBQMC, using PBQMV to reload 2 X RM500 into Bigpay every week just to get the campaign RM50 cash back + RM10 (4000 VIP points) as the same time.
Sometime we need to maximize the cash back value, not the cash back %.

QUOTE(seankeith90 @ Jun 21 2018, 08:15 AM)
HLB Fortune not only 50/month max?
*
There is additional real cash at the end of your card financial year.
If you spend RM38k/year you got RM280, RM68k got RM880 and RM108k got RM1800.
My first year got a lot of furniture and electrical stuff to buy since buying a new house and easily achieve over RM108k and thus get RM2400 for the first year (RM1800 + RM50X12).
If you don't take it out to offset your card balance, you can get additional FD interest as well.
Now i got over RM4k real cash in the account over 2 years and my current real cash account gave me over RM10 per month just for the interest.

hi guys can we still make the payment when say the amount to be paid (e.g RM1000) is more than the available credit that i have (e.g RM100)?

just thinking if we did not topup enough and suddenly we need to make a purchase, will it still go thru...
