i remember correctly, someone swiped more than available balance, but that only worked for one time. next swipe, did not go thru because credit already -ve.

also, we dont know if bigpay has a limit/threshold to allow this to go thru (if possible), especially your example -- rm1k swipe with rm100 balance. maybe there is a small-ish % allowance to over-swipe.

Last week, i was authorizing my BigPay Card into my Touch n Go App, hence there is a charged of RM1 as authorisation fee. Until now it has not been reverse? should i call them to ask or wait a week or so? as my other transaction has already been awarded Big Points.

I think this depends on luck. I forget to top up when it charge for my GE insurance, it become -RM151.52 on my account.

I did 1 txn ytd night on taobao.. today when I check, I notice my balance reduce, but the txn didn’t show up in my BigPay, anyone have this problem?

a waited around 10 days for it to be reverse. mine is RM2 verification when adding card to Fave.

when no worries it will eventually be reversed.

Does anyone have problem with buying on Lazada with bigpay or topping up Lazada wallet with bigpay?

I applied the card early of last week and got it yesterday, my location is Puchong.
Just now used it at Shopee, no issue, transaction went through smoothly on first try, and immediately shown in Bigpay App as Pending transaction.
Same goes for Watson physical store.
