paid the rm 20, stucked at printing card forever... this morning the app sent me notification ask me to pay the rm20 again...

mine this morning shows "in transit", then this afternoon shows "printing card" again.

now: we cant reach you, please check your connection again, eventhough I'm on 500mbps link

I noticed the BP app downtime is getting very frequent now. Hope someone taking note and make a formal complaint to BNM. (don't only rant in social media)

I have concerns when financial institutions don't take "availability" seriously. Shame for Malaysian institutions to be sloppy operating in 2018, where the benchmark is global. Such behaviour will be reprimanded and penalised very quickly elsewhere.

What's the point of topping up but don't use the card in order just to sequeeze RM 30/38/50 from the banks? confused.gif

Would have thought it would have been able to cope with large number of users like Air Asia app....
