QUOTE(OMG! @ Jan 31 2009, 09:42 AM) what is the difference of studying culinary arts and those with dietitician and food science degree? Just wondering culinary arts its very much related to practicals ... related to cookin, baking, sugar arts ... all kitchen relateddietician is learning about food and nutrition .. what they are doing? supervise the preparation and service of food, develop modified diets, participate in research, and educate individuals and groups on good nutritional habits for food science see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Food_science each of them are kinda not related .. thou all its about food |

For KDU now they got molecular cooking which is more on using technology cooking type. If not mistaken they going to put choclate work in this syllabus also(not sure which year) I think there still got some difference among colleges, for sure3 difference college provide difference things. For KDU your last sem are working in KDU's cafeteria, which means u are the BOSSS!!!
