culinary arts its very much related to practicals ... related to cookin, baking, sugar arts ... all kitchen related

dietician is learning about food and nutrition .. what they are doing? supervise the preparation and service of food, develop modified diets, participate in research, and educate individuals and groups on good nutritional habits

for food science see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Food_science

each of them are kinda not related .. thou all its about food

1st, u cant skip classes like Oenology, it is important for a chef to understand wine. Be open minded.(If u want to stay in malaysia without future plan then i have no answer for u)

Most of my muslim malay friend they dont drink, they just listened and understand the wine, when we serve wine that time, they just smell without tasting it.

What u mean by being a professional?
All Well known chef is work from bottom to celebrities(most of them are butcher)

I think Malaysia do not have any institution offering mainly in baking and pastries only. Le Cordon Bleu does, and CIA does also.

I dont know about the future path, but im really interested in Pastry too.
Do what u r interest dont listen to people say this or that not good.

Both of them are competitor on Culinary arts course.
What i heard from Taylors senior they said KDU is better,
and what i heard from KDU student they said Taylors is better.
So, u decide. France and Swiss.

For KDU now they got molecular cooking which is more on using technology cooking type. If not mistaken they going to put choclate work in this syllabus also(not sure which year) I think there still got some difference among colleges, for sure3 difference college provide difference things. For KDU your last sem are working in KDU's cafeteria, which means u are the BOSSS!!!
