so its was kind of western.
other college offer different type, like sunway they offer Hotel Management , if u interested on Chef then u specialise on chef course.
But i feel that Taylors is more base on chef.

LOL...
I have to take injection for next week because of food disease these days.
all the Hospitality Student have to take the injection including me

and College is much more different than ur Primary and secondary(prison/some of them call "HELL")

got 4.
1 is the head chef.Mr Bala?(butcher)
2 chinese 1 is Danial Yong(maybe is my lecturer)
and 1 dont know.
another 1 is ang mor teach what i dont know.

Actually my mom dont sattisfy what i took. and all my other family doesnt agree that what i take.
But i say i want to go my way so i have decided this course.

cause i though Degree is kinda more in management for kitchen.

Yeah u can take Bachelor of Hotel management(Hons) 3+0.
3 year.
U can choose either F&B or F&B+Culinary Arts.
Dont worry some of them bigger than me 11 years old O.o.

Well Happy to be ur commis if so.
I like to help people ^^. But not borrow people ur work, i hate that alot.

Heres another thing.

This happend Thursday.
I go and have the lunch in La' EScoffein.

A male Waiter serve and guide us. He is Polite and very Nervous haha...
The Manager Come and guide us when we almost finish our meal.
All of them are Term 2 BDH student, Even the chef were Term 2 BDH student.

The Appitisser.
Salad, Celery Root,Nuts,Green Apples and etc.
Taste, Very Fresh Salad but need more seasoning.



The Main Course.
Beef Meal, Beef Top up with brown gravy, Side vegetable is beet Root, Potatoes, and Long beans
Taste, Very nice taste, Perfectly Done Beef and very tender meat, the beet root is well seasoned,Potatoes , long bean just being original taste.



The Dessert.(didnt took photo)
A Cake Roll, Roll with Panda sweet cream and pieces Grapes,
Very nice. Sweet taste Cake Very Sweet. But i like it.

The Drinks.
The waiter Intro some drinks for us.
All of us call for the special Mocktail Canon In D (What la...)
Its Sprite Mix with Rashberry Juice( maybe is esprite Rashberry softdrink)
After the meal they offer us COfee or tea. The Cofee is tasteless lol. Cuase we r the final who ate.

Overall, All the Food taste nice, Servise is good. The meal have given us some tips about the studiest and the training.
The Manager very kind and guide us to some tips on the studiest.
