QUOTE(princessisabelle @ Jun 13 2008, 08:45 AM) i think his boss use the qualification status to deny his salary increment.actually qualification is not so important, its up to boss/hr to give any salary. qualification is a tool for judgement. but since his already 7 yrs experience in this field, i think he should get better pay. at least 2k plus. |

QUOTE(iluvena @ Jun 13 2008, 11:30 AM) i think his boss use the qualification status to deny his salary increment. yah, agreed. bt 1800 is way too low..! consider have 24 hrs standby..somemore..my fren with nearly 4 years total exp in IT already earn 10k a month before deduct PCB...with experience the most valuable asset...actually qualification is not so important, its up to boss/hr to give any salary. qualification is a tool for judgement. but since his already 7 yrs experience in this field, i think he should get better pay. at least 2k plus. |
