i think his boss use the qualification status to deny his salary increment.
actually qualification is not so important, its up to boss/hr to give any salary.
qualification is a tool for judgement. but since his already 7 yrs experience in this field, i think he should get better pay. at least 2k plus.

allowance & bonus already rm300000.. really rich la ceo.

do not put too low. coz now u must consider inflation.
rm2.5k is the max.. thats my opinion..

just got promotion.. rm600 increment..

but i think the word "underpaid" varies from one person to another.
coz it still depends on what age you start working and qualification that u have.

for me.. start works at age 24 yrs old with diploma only..
