I just want to ask, for a small company, what is the usual yearly pay rise for a system analyst?

I am not a lawyer. However, I did know a few persons who are fresh-grad law student.

The pay really depends where you are.

In KL, my friends told me is around RM1500 - RM2000 starting pay.

In Johor, its about RM1000 - RM1500.

In penang, Its about RM1300 - RM1800.

Thats all I know.

Not really. The one you have is considered the "normal" pay for fresh grad. Don't worry, you are not the worst.

Experience before joining : First job
Salary : RM 2.42k
Benefits: 12 days Annual Leave, Medical expenses on panel doctor, insurance and that's about it.

I am not considered fresh grad la hehe....I worked one year d...but still in the first job.

What allowances ? I don't have any, and to doctor they offer s.x

To be frank, it is quite impressive, because you are probably the first reasonably fresh diploma grad that has a starting salary of RM2k. All of the people I know with diploma can only touch RM2k at least after 18 months work.
