Hi Sky.. I have a unit in OUG, 1222sf... What's d comfortable rental right now? Currently tenanted, but shame to say la bout the rental Im receiving monthly..those were d days...

ppl in this forum wan to sell high only. u can go visit an agency in the bukit oug condo. should get more reasonable price. last two weeks i know got two 1200+sqft units selling for 160+k.

im interested on condo nest to bukit oug. after reading posts from here and the owner claimed bukit oug is good, i was visiting bukit bukit oug last two weeks. i was toooo dissapointed with bukit oug condition and feel cheated. dats y im here to share with others my findings.

anyway, too many bukit oug owner here cannot accept other ppl view here (the negative one) but this cannot stop ppl form giving comment as long as this post is still here.

The land in front of Bukit OUG had been cleared some time ago as they are building a multipurpose hall & now the work that I concern most is the link road to 5/133B (or Kesas) which will upgrade the condo accessibility & once the road is opened, we can expect value up up more for Bukit OUG.   

Haha...every taiko & takache so rush to sell the unit meh.......y didn't wait 4 LRT complete, Title issue & Building repaint that time sell off ...u got better price mah...

If your really pay attention on it, all is refer to same unit.....

Now, got ppl start to publish sell at 330k oledi .... pening kepala 

BTW, 1465 - 330k = 225 psf still better

a) OG Height.... 917 - 235k = 256psf
b) OUG parklane = 300 psf
b) Z & Kiara resident...... 350psf

Checked Iproperty just now & 1222sqft is now averagely selling at 200k & actually not many units available for sale.
