Low flr u buy low even cheaper rental u think its okie. Even if u buy higher flr doesn't mean u'll get higher rental. It is FACT and do not think high flr will get higher rental. I got low and high flr units in bkt oug and I know the market well )

Hypothesis:
If I have a high floor unit but rented at low floor rate -- faster to rent out! So, if supply > demand (example if KR2 are ready / etc.....), people with high floor can just match the rental rate of low floor n would get the tenant (if he / she prefer higher floor)...

Similar apply to 1448 sf Vs 1222 sf.... If supply > demand situation, people with bigger unit offer same price like smaller unit (or slight higher price than smaller unit), the person would grab the tenant first...

So, is a matter of higher floor / bigger unit would provide a better chance to get tenant in a competitive environment if the person willing to have slight lower yield but faster to rent out....

I also found that there is 2 new big water filter install beside guard house, look like very big, hopefully can improve water quality for b oug.

Water quality is still very bad. My water filter becomes dirty very fast..

The water filter not start use yet, I hear only start use on September. I think will improve, since this 2 filter not cheap.😜

I tot used d ler cuz i saw guard filled water from the giant filter into a bottle...

Initial start from last friday, dun know what happen coz 2 of pump of 2 block spoilt, they need to replace the pump before start 2 use.
