Haha I think 400 kenot get anywhere.

Ltv 70% lagi for third loan.

To get 340k unless u sell it.

Haha....dun worry current i oni have one housing loan......refinance tak kena LTV 70%... tongue.gif

I want to cash out as many as possible...... Look like next year...Malaysian have a hard time to go through....cash on hand better than hold property.... biggrin.gif

went to visit the site just now, can see the LRT railway, but, not sure where is the station? anyone can enlighten me? found the shoplots there (99 speedmart) also quite quiet.. not sure the price for the shoplot? can consider if LRT station nearby.

Refinance is restricted by 3rd loan, 70% also.

I have one unit TO LET (1st Floor)
Size is 791 sf and partly furnished (kitchen cab, heater, tables and chairs (for dining and living room) and 1 aircond.
Rental is RM900.
