I m interested in one of the unit.... But after some research and talking to the bankers.... I found out tht the bank valuation for the condo (1466 sq feet) is just rm180,000.00 and few of the real estate agents told me the same thing too....

May i know why it is so low??

I understand you're frustrated that you have to pay for keithcky's info.
Frankly, you are right. He is an agent himself (assuming a he), but keithcky is right as well.
Having the right info at the right time is valuable, unless you are willing to put in the effort to find the info yourself.

In this case, all (ALL) depending on how you look at it, you have to do is to contact the bankers (plural that is) to enquire about the valuation they give for Bukit OUG.
How many banks are there in Malaysia? Will take some effort, but it is doable.

Or, pay arrange to pay keithcky info with the agent.

In case you're wondering, I am not an agent, just a regular owner of B OUG.

smile.gif hey... Seriously, i m fine with it. As i said, i understand keith chong s position n i wont blame him. Really, it is no big deal

I know i just need to call a few banks. Bankers arent wat they used to be 20 yrs ago, all u need now is dial their number n they ll come right to ur door.... smile.gif their life is as tough as those salesperson. ... I asked him cos i was lazy... So, again, i nvr blame... Afterall i think he s a funny guy smile.gif cheers

Btw is this the company which gave bkt oug the promise? http://www.thetreez.com/treez_developer.php

the only downside bout bukit oug is ...WAS the management. lots of owner never pay up their due etc etc and hence the condo looks a lil run down. but things hv changed now, the "new" management is doing some great work. and with the rumors of "sponsored" re-painting of the condo... i think the old and "rundown" condo will soon pave away.

for such low value, u go to bkt bintang, mid valley, sunway or cheras in less than 15mins, u can jump into lrt if u dont wish to drive... for all these, whether for own stay, investment, rental.... it is a GOOD BUY.

can anyone tell me where else u can get such property at such price in klang valley? believe me... the value is there wink.gif

Even at a "normal hour", 15minutes also can't get you those locations. Please lar there is also no need to oversell that hard isn't it ?
*
i m not trying to over sell.

1st of all i m not a real estate agent.

2ndly, i hv no intention to sell.

3rd, i m not from KL.

Before i actually bought tht property. i hv actually tried it myself. 15mins are tol way tho.

i used MEX highway, to reach bkt bintang in 15mins.

Cheras, leisure mall using kesas also in 15mins.

sunway, kesas as well.

and mid valley using old klang road.

but of course, in normal hours ....
