Hi guys, i'm rather new to Bukit OUG Condominiums. Moved in not too long ago. Love it!

So far, it seems like a peaceful area (minus the daily construction ding dong!) Many ammenities and highways nearby, making it a great place to settle down.

I know that the station behind the condo is in front of Nathan's.

What is the WCT project (about)? Where is it supposed to be built exactly.

They seem to be clearing the land now. Previously, it was used to house the foreign workers working on the Z Residences project.

Sighhhhh....too many condos around this area is going to halt the increase/appreciation of the current pricing here. Look at what happened at Sunway Mentari area since 2002.

Watch out for the economy guys. It's going to be very 'interesting' times ahead.....

It all depends on whether you're looking for rental income or resale income.

Of course there is! LOL! As you drive across the bridge look to your right. You'll see a building structure between the entrance of Kiara Residence and Bukit OUG Condo guardhouse.

At first glance, it looks like part of Kiara Residence condo. But on closer inspection...you'll find there a deep ridge dividing the two land parcels.

Errr....I think you and I are not refering to the same thing? Here's what I mean.
