Recently rented my 791sf 950 bare unit, compared to my 1222sf (malu to tell) And there r not many studios for rent or sale. Studios less competition in the whole area. Selling price psf for studios is higher. |

went back on monday to pay my maintenance fee n was very shocked to c tat v got blackies in b.oug
 who rent out to blackies ah......too much blackies will ruin b.oug........... pls cooperate to stop renting to them.......  |
