Things going to get even worse once LRT digging starts at the road between townhouse & bkt oug condo. Look at the road in front of ppr apartment.

Heard auction unit block 11 went for 280k under the hammer! Those days bukit oug not many bidders but today had more than 25 bidders. Gr8 news for OUG vested.

The final price at auction was 280k + 25k being utility owed thus total is 305k.....broke the 300k barrier again. These units were going for less than 200k 2years ago.......which means all those vested....sure smiling away.

BTW do u know what is the bank transacted price for 14xxsqft unit? As usual iproperty is filled with non-realistic pricing by agents.

Totally agree on "take agents word with pinch of salt"! Half the time, agents screw up deals b'coz not willing to allow buyer to communicate wit seller. Agents worried buyer/seller will not honor agents fee! If the agents did their job right, what's due will be honored. My humble dua sen!!!

I think most of subsale buyer here didn't pay any sinking fund...right. So how to use sinking fund for repainting, since sinking fund is 0 sad.gif

I pay sinking fund before around 2k++, but unfortunately in 2008 (b4 current JMB establish) all the money eat by previous management. I still remember that when i saw their financial statement.....i really said "OMG".....on that time the account is in negative figure....we owed cleaning company around 200k++

That's y that time the maintenance so bad, Squash room KO, Gym KO, Sauna room KO, Carpark no light....1 week 3~4 times, the road many holes, rubbish area like a hill and lift one month breakdown 1-2 times.

I hv almost 1 year didn't pay the maintenance fee until JMB was formed, i pay off all outstanding and put a high expectation on the team.

Today, let us compare back our those day......i think they are quite done a good job....i know not enough.....but unless the improvement are there.

Totally agree.....current mgmt is definitely better than those before. Though there is always room for improvement, what current mgmt has achieved will allow us to get there faster!

Greetings all. Need some assist from all the Bukit OUG Sifu's here. What is the asking rental $$$ for a studio unit (775sqft - 791sqft) in Bukit OUG? Just got my keys for a studio unit and would like to rent it out. Plan to do some basic renovation and rent it out. Do advice.
