Hi Everyone, I am new here.
I visited a friend staying there last week.
I noticed there are many blocks, my friend told me total 14 blocks.
He is in Block 9 facing club house.
I am interested to get a unit there.
Which block recommend?

My immediate choice wud b Bkt OUG....4 for price of 1. Everything is quadrupled from COCR to ROI inclusive of the cons too. But here the pros outweigh the cons if u do the necessary legwork.

Another point many of us miss out is the maintenance fee, Bkt OUG's fees is very nicely priced! Much cheaper than the new units around Bkt OUG.

Very true. Soon 1 unit only can buy & am waiting for that day. As soon as price hits 350psf....will B-)

Off topic, my contractor told me Setia Walk is 95% purchased by investor. Only around 5% own stay....are u vested here?

They start to load in all machinery and setup on this coming Thursday and expected will start work on 02/05/2013. The will start on Block 5 and 12 first, so who stay at Block 5 & 12 should enjoy the fresh look first. thumbup.gif

Internal Wall Painting : Ground floor for all Block have completed. Next stage will go to Lower Ground. thumbup.gif

I think after repainting, 350psf should be no problem lah......as long as the JMB keep upgrading our building and move forward....targeted 400 to 450psf for next 2 year. biggrin.gif

IMO, as long as the investor more than 50% better dun touch....if market suddenly turn bad, this is the area will hit badly.

What are the hidden secrets you know about Bukit OUG which will push up the prices to such level?

Haha....how about build multi-storey carpark, each unit entitle to purchase 2nd car park. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Actually, now a lot of small unit already sell > 300psf.....i dun see any difficulty for B.OUG sell @400psf 4 next 2 year when ZR,KR1+KR2 all sell @ 600psf and above.

The Rainz will be launch someway around June or July 2013, estimated the launch price will not < 500psf.
