CIMB is the easiest to get bank value. I heard recently PBB valuation also catches up.

Lawyer wise you can look for bessie loo or Marcus. Both also quite efficient

Option 1: There's a small road leading to the Kg Muhibbah low cost housing flats and leads to Bukit Jalil highway (TPM direction)
Option 2: Then another one to the upcoming Parklane OUG development and connects out to Jln Puchong.
Option 3: Tmn Yarl/Tan Yew Lai way.

Both options 1 & 2 are via the road where they are building the LRT tracks now and it's kind of rough now.

Can you still find 1222 sf at 275k ?

dear all, level 10, pool view, 1222sqft, cost RM280K...master room got wardrobe, 3 air cond (Not sure workable), kitchen cabinet (need to repair), toilet lighting need to repair, no ceiling leaking problems...worth buying? please advise...

I think 275k still got lah, you need rajin to search lol.....

KR1 got 13 floor...so you calculate by yourself lol

775Sqft selling for 235k ?bank can get value meh? Last time my loan got so much problem on getting the value when our purchase price were much much lower from 235k..

I'm in my final stage of waiting the bank loan to release for my purchase... Maybank just in end July issue a letter to revised the loan contract -- revision is due to individual title oredi available, need to change the loan contract from Master title.... this is what my mortgage consultant said....
