Okie, thank you guys.

I've done the AXON test. The result will be passed to MDEC to see whether I pass or not. But I am quite optimistic... thumbup.gif

Btw, that MNC has requested me to do a medical checkup ( I think this is a ordinary hiring process). So, I guess I stand a good chance to enter this end- user firm if I passed the course well.

Wish me luck ~~ biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

cheez, does ur fren started from abap? How does he interview shell with 1 year exp? He demand the salary or shell is the first to initiate the offer after knowing his capabilities? Normally comp will try to lower down the basic based on current salary.

Hi all, recently i've got an offer from Accenture in their SAP ABAP. Same thing as usual, RM2.2k for 3 months training and RM2.5K thereafter. The recruiter told me that this program is very potential which might send me oversea for project, and she told me that I will be assign to work in cyber jaya in an O&G firm. I have went through the thread and found out that there is many bad news for this program. Can anyone of you tell me the good side for this offer? Since I'm working as a RF engineer and got a decent pay for this job, therefore i need more advise before making this big jump in my career. The reason that I'm switching to SAP because I like the job which involve more business than technical. So am I making the right move? Thanks. blush.gif

the O&G is Shell. They got a lot SAP consultants there. Since few months ago a lot of them resigned, so now Accenture is mass hiring to replace those who left.

I see. Thanks for your info. So is that worth to give myself a shot in Accenture? Because there is still a lot of company hiring non-experienced SAPian in their training program. Is there any further details about the Accenture training program? What I'm doubt about is the potential of this position. Because the recruiter is tend to convince me to take this offer. Well, personally it sound fishy to me... hmm.gif

hey camsel. i was also an RF engineer last year, and this year, i've joined the SAP industry.
any hint on which project you were working on previously?

anyway, Accenture also accepting fresh grad now? 0.0

Accenture always accept fresh grad but they can be gender bias during hiring.

Nothing need to be prepare. Everything will be provided by axon. First week will be more on SAP overview then the following will more on technical.

Digi 3G in JB? biggrin.gif
Contractor or sub-con company? tongue.gif

I didn't actually intend to join SAP, just that the opportunity came at the right time.

I quit my first job as RF Engineer after 8 months, then Telecommunication Engineer (VoIP) for 1 month and quit, then Application Developer for 1 week and quit.
Not happy with the job/company. tongue.gif
