1yr+ he works from morning 8am til 1am daily , weekend come in work also..ya he quite gung ho and crazy.. lucky also coz company always see yrs of experience but shell interview looks at ur technical skill, he pass the technical and terus get hired immediately. they were quite impressed with his technical knowledge apparently. (my company did counter-offer him but he still leave)

wahahaha..i think after 1year ++ i'll be lucky to be earning 4k++

Innovative Associates? The guys in there were previously from E&Y MCS, then Cap Gemini .. They're doing some small projects around Malaysia and I guess China. Mostly doing PM, not that many SAP projects .. no idea how they're lately .. but I was with E&Y MCS and had a short stint with their SAP team back in 2004.

Then I might know u, Wiraone. I was with Innovative Associates since 2004 until 2008.

Their consulting FI lead, ABAP lead, couple of the senior prj managers are still there minus the big consulting boss - switch to IBM (all on speed-dial and g-talk).

Correction on projects - There's no project in China by IA Group. Middle-East yes, India yes, Pakistan -yes, Sabah yes.

They are now doing mainly Financial niche project (SAP Banking). very niche market catering only for firms who need sap banking in the firms.. They also got small support prj's around KL for the old clients which needed enhancements.

Added on August 3, 2010, 8:26 amAs far as i know with all my recent chat's with the senior's in IA, HR consultants are needed for some of the projects (short terms and couple long terms)..

my fren got an offer from Shell Service Centre (Cyberjaya) doing support for BW..This is contract job for 6 month..May i know is it worth to work for 6 month contract job with given salary around 3.5 - 4k?

What about BW prospect in future? if i not mistaken BW will replace by BI or BO if i not mistaken la. Please correct me if im wrong.Any opinion guys whether she should accept it or not.

haha..i oso think its a bit low since contract job dont have EPF,annual leave, bonus and others. Maybe she quite new in this area and maybe that can be exposure to her in BW..Btw, what the prospect for BW in a few years? is it ok?

Level 1 Support? Which BU is ur fren in? 4k quite little.. meaning only RM200 per day...umm but depends on ur fren la.. got Shell logo makes ur fren resume shine leaw.

BW prospect ah... no la won't replace. The project I just completed implemented whole BEX suite (WAD,RD) and i don't think they will replace it with BO anytime soon na. They juz wasted some millions on BIA leaw aso no wan use BO.
