I’m using ZScaler too and compared to the Cisco we have, I think it’s using a lot of memory and my PC sometimes hangs too.

Luckily my work doesn’t require me to connect to VPN most of the time, so I usually disable it on my PC. Everything works better for me.

Then the only course of action is to find your IT Helpdesk.

I don't know how your ZScaler is being setup. They might use split horizon with different internal / external DNS record, meaning the VPN isn't actually active when you are in office, but will be active when you are at home.

Or try what blacktubi suggest and see if the problem still exist when you hotspot with your phone.

Right click on system tray> exit? That’s how I do it but every time the PC is switched off then it will be auto connected again when turned on. So redo it all the time.

I don’t have issue with it in terms of speed, not too bad as it always chooses the closest server to us and my case is Singapore. Only once a while crazy and can feel the slowness, happens but not always.

once connected, like right now, it's ok. problems starts sometimes as soon at 45 mins. and sometimes after 2 hours.
that's when the long restarting sequence.
and the panic + anxiety kicking in, hoping no call or email coming in at that time that will butcher my SLA.

Looks like your laptop have a LAN port. Maybe can plug in directly into your router while you are at home.

Yup, your issue is caused by Zscaler

It's not causing any issues when you are at the office as Zscaler is inactive when it detects a trusted network (office network)

You can buy a mesh router, put it at your room and connect your laptop to that mesh router using LAN cable

Sekian i dapat 90 for 500mbps swu, but they force me 3 month bundle with postpaid

Total 129 bft, but i can terminate the postpaid after 3 month

hey guys/sis, my current plan is the super value YEP 2019 500mbps (free ugrade to 800mbps but name still 500). also bundled with the old legacy ultimate pack. total rm158. just saw the new unifi tv package rm111 super star pack. my question:
1. will my unifi broadband price change if i change the tv pack ?(no more contract)
2. anyone has theier unifi package name changed fro 500 to 800mbps?
3. no new contract will be implemented if i change the tv package?

Wait agent come and get exchange if the technician think no need change then only system upgrade.
I told them my modem is new, router i use mine one.

Walk in tmpoint, i said my mum get astro 90 500mbps, and my friend get the 90 for 500 from swu, the entrance agent said if you got iklan or broche show them to proof you got offer by astro i show them astro offer, then i tell agent if i cant get swu offer, i maybe will terminate and replace under my parent name. They say will conter offer for astro offer. They push me get combo postaid for 39 3month, can terminated after 3 month. They said i know alot with swu, i just hehe of course i asked lowyat forum lol.

If btu is too old, but you use own router, just ask installer set as bridge mode
That time i don even mention astro
