unifi tv 2.0 cannot sign in. keep on asking to install unifi 1.0 and relogin. Done twice, but still unable to sign in into unifi tv 2.0

Yes, TM has paymaster grading. I accompanied my second sister to the nearest TM Point and was told the same thing too. She said something like after checking on her system, I see you are a good paymaster blah blah blah, we are offering you this X plan.
