wanna ask all the legacy package owners., i remember at one time when they gave the free upgrade from 500mbps to 800mbps, unifi say will change the name of the package? coz mine is still the super value YEP 2019 (500mbps) but on reality i am getting 800. just wondering coz worried later if unifi Uturn then they will follow original package name instead of the upgraded speed

hey guys/sis, my current plan is the super value YEP 2019 500mbps (free ugrade to 800mbps but name still 500). also bundled with the old legacy ultimate pack. total rm158. just saw the new unifi tv package rm111 super star pack. my question:
1. will my unifi broadband price change if i change the tv pack ?(no more contract)
2. anyone has theier unifi package name changed fro 500 to 800mbps?
3. no new contract will be implemented if i change the tv package?

I tried to apply for my aunt hse ( using 100mbps with Anika package) for rm 98 via the unifi help. They say cant offer. Only can offer when termination team call back. Also ask to submit the IC and also bank statement ( compulsory for in case of refund ). If walk in to tmpoint easier ? Asking for SWU 5.0 ( 500mbps for rm90 😀)
