BNM takes a view on critical banking service availability, like atm, payments, digital banking services. It’s part of BNM RMiT policy document.

Officially filed complains by customers are also tracked.

Regarding bank statements from old Rize account, I've email alrajhi and asked them about it and it seems that alrajhi has added an option to view past statements in the latest version of the app. At least for me on iOS, after clicking the MY alrajhi app thousands of times, sometime lucky then the app will launch. This is so dumb. It's like you have to win a lottery just to access your own money

after today update on the app, the app performance is extremely slow

No issue on my side, Android 15, vivo Y17s. Performance ok, transfer out also ok.

I did transfer out money this morning but from account to saving pot, no problem. Did an external transfer out 2 days ago, it was good then

They probably get wind of RytBank launching soon? The promo looks very aggressive, though the rewards come with minimum spend, and that raises the bar a bit.

3 month 3.75% FD is a very attractive option...

Has anyone tried the Visa debit card? For foreign spending how's the exchange rate? They give 1% cashback this time after FX conversion.

The 3.80% rates for 9m is actually quite good...

Normally you only get that rates for 12m tenure for others banks in market....

public bank and HLB 3.8% for 3 months .. no need lock for so long

Sometime too short is not good either way, specially when rumors of OPR cut is around the corner.

trying to find the T&C but could not find it even after clicking on it and it bring me to a link that talks nothing about it
i dont think it is Tier more like if you have above 50k then you get 3.3% which is still okay
