Transfer limit is reset in my case. Need to increase back to previous limit

RizeMY's sneaky action. Failed in transfering 50K then only know this. Reset back to max limit but had to wait 12hours cooling p. Wasting my time.

Same. When I want to transfer only know the limit reset back to default.

I think you can. Just call Al-rajhi branch for confirmation. Because I got alrajhi account and now my rize also merge into one app. My alrajhi account definitely can go branch to withdraw so i see no reason why the old rize (now Debit Plus Savings Account-i) cannot. Should just be a conventional islamic bank account alrdy.

I just transferred fund from my Al Rajhi Duit plus account to my Public bank, the transaction shows successful, and fund deducted but my fund not receive in Public bank.

I am using Favourite account list to transfer, no way to transfer to wrong account.

Anyone experienced it? will auto refund?
