Well, guess what. They pushed an update today, and the app now stopped working for me entirely. Reinstall, restart, none of it works.
Called them, they can’t help me at all, cant transfer out some money for use, cant even close the damn account. No branches working late Friday, or on weekend I’m stuck with no funds. Foolish of me to trust so much in a licensed FI |

I wouldn’t trust Rize with any money with these rates. Not worth the risk of money getting stuck
