Did you manage to get all your rewards? I'm missing my one-time Link DuitNow ID reward of RM5 & JomPAY transaction reward of RM5. Kinda gave up on this bank to even bother calling or writing them an email about these missing rewards.

open rize/myalrajhi app, find the Contact Us ... or 03-2332 6000

press 5 (savings account) -> 8 (speak to CS)

after short verification, give them your other bank name/account number for them to transfer the rm10 holding balance.

for a no-frill 3.08% p.a.

3.08% is if you put into pots. If you have more than RM 50K then put in main acc. Correct me if I am wrong.

received balance fund transfer to maybank at 447pm.

then received a callback from CS/staff informing of account closure at 626pm.

what i mean by no-frill is no additional condition
well, you are right that there is a need to move from main account to the pocket
but for me, do not need to monitor the account balance or spending requirement
also, i would rather spread out the balance into multiple accounts to minimise system downtime panic or daily transfer limitation
