The 3.80% rates for 9m is actually quite good...

Normally you only get that rates for 12m tenure for others banks in market....

alRajhi Bank is getting worse - both app and customer service.

Last night transfer of RM700 failed (app reported error during transfer) but money was deducted. Call support and he told me to call HLB (the target bank). He doesn't understand basic banking - if the transfer failed the money shouldn't be deducted.

I've never had such problems with the old Rize app. But this new MY Alrajhi app really blows. Moved all my cash out to AEON Bank - the interest rate difference isn't much and not worth the grief of speaking to an ignorant support.

I just managed to transfer out 20k, transaction rejected, money debited, receiving bank did not receive. 

Somehow now the apps not lag already..
But then trigger shit thing cooling period 12 hours.

I can said it is the worst banking apps compare from others.

Guess their IT or developers apps teams must be fresh and totally no experience at all.
