I have been having problem logging into my wife's Rize app on iOS. Does anyone face the same problem?

QUOTE(BWassup @ Oct 3 2024, 10:41 AM) I transferred 11k this morning, np. I transferred out RM1.3k (mine) and RM5k (wife's) from Rize directly to BeU Qard Savings account without any issue. Placement of FD from BeU Qard Savings-i account was very smooth (if you use BeU for FD, it is best to have their Qard Savings-i account to make transferring funds in and out easier). But I and others have had security checks before, the amount doesn't matter. Sometimes 50k goes thru as per normal. Sometimes it works if the amount is split into multiple transfers. What to do? I transfer out 1 day earlier for time sensitive fund requirements. nexona88 liked this post

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Jan 14 2025, 08:39 AM) Rize and other digital are not suitable for long term don't bother thinking about it savings. Because guaranteed sometime soon they will change the interest rate, if you really don't bother and leave it there you will lose out. Long term don't bother is just ASB (if bumi, otherwise ASM), EPF, and cycling FD. No need to think. You may also want to explore KDI Save, it gives 4% for up to 50k. It is not an FD but is flexible enough and you can take out your fund anytime, just leave yourself 3 - 5 days of processing. nexona88 liked this post
