ok, that is kinda unique lol. But a lot of thing inside this movie is done before by other movie. When I watch it, I feel like "been there, done that".
Does not raise any emotion during certain catastrophe...
Yes, and allow me to quote a phase that StupidityPolice likes to use. Those scenes you had described were predestrian (eg an accident by the road, and cars from the other side of the road stop to see but is emotionally detached)
Yes, I believe if the director was better at thugging at the heartstrings of the viewers, it would have been more successful.
Not sure if this is an appropriate question, but you are a Zelda fan? If yes, which is your favorite??

I watched the
Back to the Future trilogy over the past 2 weeks. First is great, second is a mess but still entertains, third is perhaps almost great. Overall a very enjoyable trilogy.
Yes, Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd at their best. Although having Lea Thompson acting as both his mom and girlfriend got a little confusing....

Also saw
The Hurt Locker. It's basically a smarter, rawer, and more realistic version of
The Kingdom. Not sure if it's deserving of all the lavish praise it's been getting, but it's very good.
Haven't seen this

Team America: World Police. Ever wanted to make action setpieces out of your LEGO toys when you were a kid? Well I think this fits the bill, although technically it's puppets. The satire is crude and offensive, but there are many hilarious moments. The "dicks, pussies, and assholes" line is one. Plus the songs are friggin hilarious too.
I especially like the part where a bunch of American soldiers busted into Paris and blew up the Eiffel Tower, all in the name of removing the threat of WMD! Classic!! There are other classic parts as well which I cannot go into, to keep this forum PG13!!

Primal Fear. Absorbing and entertaining, with great performances by a (perhaps overly) charming Gere and Norton. Norton seems to relish in roles which let him run wild. He should stick to roles like that than stuff like The Illusionist. Nice twist in the end too.
One of my all time favorite movie. Just watched it again recently. If you watch it for the first time, you keep guessing who the killer is, until the very end. Very disturbing (not in Hannibal Lector style, but how one can sell an 'act')
My 2 cents worth...
