Totally agree with Ramjade. cut off means blocking and unfriending her on every social media and don't even stalk her if her media is set to public. Block and delete all her number. After both decided to break off and now want to meet again. If you do decide to meet then don't update here how you are feeling, how you miss her messages, want to get back etc. It will be a never ending circle until something bad happen

If she wants to meet you, just make sure you dont get caught
otherwise whats the point of interacting with a married woman
If you want hanky panky, its more comfortable to find a divorced woman, or even girls with boyfriends
