QUOTE(swanlover @ Apr 9 2025, 01:51 PM) Went to the Damansara Branch, they for any SWU 500 or 1GB u must subscribe to unifi mobile plan pay rm40, but u can dispose it off later if never use.. U sure kepong branch no need mobile plan? Aren't they all the same? I also confused. yupz there are no actual fix package for SWU its all subject to the branch and your account status even the details for SWU i get from this kepong branch also kinda flexible the day i went for the details they said no FSU package, then the next visit i ask for FSU 500mbps package they said can but instead of Rm139 it will be Rm159 the best is walkin to the TM Point and ask directly and mention i dont want plan that bundled with Mobile sim card

QUOTE(QuantumEdge @ Apr 8 2025, 06:45 PM) I've encountered something weird recently, I'm not able to sign into PBB app using Unifi on my iPhone. However, when I'm using data or other ISP, all is well. Tried to restart router and change IP, still the same AFAIK, previously PBEBANK got do dns blocking, so far i using Cloudflare DNS can access.

Hi guys, currently I’m subscribed to Celcom 50Mbps plan that ride on Unifi infrastructure. Tomorrow is my contract maturation date.
Should I just terminate my Celcom and sign up for new line from Unifi or is there any way that I can “port in” only?
Thanks in advanced

Visit any Tmpoint to register the Unifi package you want, tell them you are switching from Celcom fibre. They will do all the necessary process for you. Your Celcom line will continue to run until few days after successful installation of Unifi. Then there will be a final prorated bill on your Celcom line next month.

The website did load so you gotta diagnose further which domain lookup fail. Even better, change bank. PBB is the only bank with DNS problem.

If I were to visit TmPoint, any negotiation can be made or their package prices are firmed?

Tmpoint usually also have free 6 months or free TV for users port in to Unifi, you can ask them to show you a few plans and you choose the one that suitable with your needs. Yes you can also register with agents, usually can get free 3/6 months. Just need to be careful some of them promise you free gifts etc but after sign up none of those free gifts arive. There are also good and helpful agents.
