Guys, my contract is ending this 21st Dec, going to ask for swu package.

Thing is, I won't be around for few days during that week, is it possible to request for the swu package before the contract expiry? Then once expired automatically continue with swu package?

Or I need to do it after the contract expire? If so, does it matter if I do it like a week later ?

I just signed up the 100mbps @RM 89 package.

Today the technician came to do the installation.

He said need to pay RM180 for wiring because my apartment dont have the wire yet.

Is wiring consider non standard installation?

How much you guys paid for the first time installation?

I had the decline problem too. Tried twice with ONE account and Stash. The Decline notification was instant, like right after I press the Submit button. I think it was because I did it at night. I tried Stash account again a few days later during working hours and it went through fine. This was in Dec.

Of course, on the 3rd successful try, I couldn't remember if I had keyed-in the UNIFI code.

Holy crap, it's literally unsurfable now. Have to use mobile data hotspot.

On the bright side it's not a blanket block so you can use a less well-known DNS resolver or just host your own DNS server to forward the request to another public DNS provider.
