My contract will end this October 2025. Current plan is Unifi Home 500Mbps - Pro Upgrade for RM149 since it is bundled together with unifi TV. Anyone manage to get to SWU 5.0 before their contract ended? plan to get that SWU 5.0 500mbps RM139/month.

Just 2 months before expiry I wrote for termination.Was on pro upgrade 500@rm159 with Ultimate. I was offered 500mbps@RM139 with Family Pack free Disney and Max standard plan,felt reasonable and agreed to stay on another 2 yrs biggrin.gif

just log in self portal under accounts look for termination type your plans and send,next day u may get a call,but you having the best tongue.gif unless u want speed

I’m also waiting the latest firmware update so that when I go back my hometown able to test it.

wrote for termination meaning you want to terminate your unifi? You know that you will be penalized for early termination? on the other hand, do you also received 6 months of free bill?

RM119 for 500mbps is already the best. What more do you want? currently SWU 5.0 is RM139 for 500mbps but get disney basic for 12 months.
