The lady refused to let me take a better or longer look after the first round she only allowed me a second look for me to remember what is included in the package I picked.

But initially, she only offered me swu for 800mbps with 3 months waiver and recontract 2 years at existing pricing. She only scrolled through her phone for other promos after I prompted her. Then she had to go back to confirm if what I wanted is available to me before she confirmed.

Tentatively, if I'm not wrong they have the following:

100mbps (free upgrade to 300mbps) + std20 + 6 months bill waiver + 6 months disney (this price I can't remember)
500mbps (free upgrade to 1gbps) + std20 + 6 months bill waiver + 6 months disney for RM159 before tax

Well, different agents gave different packages. There were few posts about the 500Mbps upgrade to 1Gbps for RM159 (I got this too), but later someone querying about this and he got different answer.

I got the new ONU and still stuck below 940Mbps, this is the max Gigabit devices could go.

its either 2. your device limitation or the cabinet OLT card
what onu u got there ? black dlink or black skyworth ?
only this 2 model support 2.5g connection
run the in-router speedtest
if the result reach or more than 1gbps meaning its your device issue
if the result also the same stuck at 940mbps, its the outdated OLT card at the cabinet. go report it

For the one I've they upgraded mine to the white skyworth. Checking from my router, it only connects at gigabit and though my router has 2.5gbps port.

no wonder... told ya only black dlink and black skyworth
the white model doesnt have 2.5gbe so u will only connected at gigabit (max 940)

Sifus I have this routers 2 units. Want to connect second unit use wired mesh. Connect to the Wan port on the mesh from the LAN port of main unit will work right?

unless all people use the bandwidth together at the same time.

Hi sifus here. I have the 1GBps Unifi plan but am currently using the Fiberhome HG6142A GPON ONU. TM technician did give me the Black ONU with 2.5G ONU by Dlink but did not setup for me. I tried setting up by setting it in GPON Router mode and inserted my ppoe details, ploam password and also voip password from the Fiberhome ONU but still no Internet. Can someone help me to see where I am wrong? Thank you.
