Hello hi. Is unifi having a problem? Cannot connect to the internet or maybe just me having a problem

Hello. Yeah me too, all the way from Kemaman. Lost connection this morning, then slow connection right now. Most international websites are slow. Some websites and gaming apps cant open at all.

Same, from kuala nerus. Seem ok now 😃

Kota Kinabalu, Luyang - Unifi was slow around 4am so I disconnected and reconnected (regretting it now lol) and the almost the whole day wasn't able to connect. Getting weird ip's like 172.20.* which look almost like reserved lan ips but for my wan ip, and only around 3pm I was able to get indication that there was "internet connectivity". 99% of sites don't work, but I'm able to somehow still get youtube thumbnails to load and sending messages on whatsapp takes like over 30m to deliver. Whatever is going on now seems really bad, can't really do anything.
Anyone else still being affected by this? What is your area?

are you sure 300mbps rm99 ? include landline free call ?

Walk in to TM point, ask for SWU and see if there's any offer for 2Gbps but I don't think there's any

yup, recently change to SWU package, when i ask for 2Gbps, they say only 1Gbps highest package available for SWU

Hi, i just subscribed to unifi. I'm trying to connect my asus ax86u to the skyworth gn630v supplied via bridge mode but can't seem to connect to the Internet with the ppoe credentials provided. Wondering whether I'm missing any other settings. Appreciate the help.

If you follow my guide to change to bridge mode, you no longer need to use special ISP profile on your ASUS router

Anyone took Unifi's Home package inclusive of Fibre internet + Netflix + UnifiTV + Unifi Mobile 2 lines? Seems a bit tempting as my contract ended already..
