not sure is it all package plan updated for those free speed upgrade especially 500Mbps to 800Mbps
i have my 500Mbps turbo 2018 free speed upgrade since Oct 2023, until recently i lodge mcmc ticket mentioning my plan name have not change to 800Mbps been using 800Mbps but plan name never update until i lodge ticket to mcmc on Oct this yeartoday i just see unifi replied in mcmc ticket that they have change my plan name to
