I am asking because when I navigated to the "Delete Account" section, they prompted me that I will lose all the details and that if I want to change the IC number associated with the account on the app, I will need to call Unifi - which I did except they are helpless.
When you logged in / signed up again, did you use the same email that was attached to the account or a different one?
After i change my name on TM Point, after some hour i try log in already error, say no account on this ic number
And yes i asked staff, all previous history will be delete and assign new account number
