Does anyone know how does TM email complaint works? For instance you complain something via email to them, they will reply or create a report at their discretion (which you can create your own report by Unifi Portal actually), and many a times if you have a more deeper questions they will go "akan lapor ke Second Level" and doesn't give you an answer for days unless you keep pressing them, if second level doesn't put a remark into the system they will go sorry no reply from 2nd level yet. Basically it seems the Email Support is a joke isn't it? Only good for stuff like running a checklist with you see if you plug in your modem etc etc, reset port. And who is second level usually really is? The tech guys on the ground? Some higher ups in the HQ? The TM Point manager?

A simple & specific question but complicated to answer because it's universal answer. The answer for 1st/2nd level will be different also between the LEVEL who ask the question to make him/her understand.

1) Someone who talk/complained about speed upgrade but end up with the account under parent name.
Answer: It's a steps of problem solving to make it systematic & smooth. Worldwide used by organization from different services not specific to a organization/company. Same thing happens if u live at US & having problem with their ISPs, energy/water companies or Satellite tv providers etc. On Mars also if the services exist.

2) Someone who work for any organization.
Answer: You submit claim form to your clerk. The form will be processed by finance dept. The clerk can't answer if you ask why you still not get your money.

3) Someone who work in tech field.
No answer/Action only: You will pass the problem to your senior because of limited skill/knowledge/unknown problem. If still unsolved, the problem will be pass to specialist which is 3rd level which also doesn't mean his boss. If still unsolved, end up by manufacturer how to solve it.

** I already request for EX3320-T0 update if available. The SR1041F is main, EX3220 is mesh client. Updated by tr069 as it was developed for this function (not a backdoor for ISPs) Only work with devices provided by ISPs not open Market.

Why cant they just host the firmware file online for all of us right??? Wouldn't that be easier rather than make us to turn on tr069

Yes, it should be online. But end users will not care about it even if it related about security etc. Easy example is computer bios or mobile phone update, everything about high spec. How many of the latest iphone or android users will click the update button. Not yet about offline update such as car gps map, slim tv (led/lcd/smart etc) ..

Do u guy think ur normal speedtest accurate compared to subscribe plan. No, normal speedtest result is the speed of ur device use to test not what package u subscribe technically 😝
