Yeah its low, 4ms.
League of legends NA server, I normally get 200-220 ping which was still playable but since the speed upgrade and router change its 300+
Valorant was acting up as well for Singapore server - usually 20ms but it was 200ms (now back to normal while I'm typing this)
The last time the internet went kaput-ish was when someone accidentally cut the undersea cable.
If I were to call tm are there any keywords that I need to say? like port reset or something
It's weird you get high latency for one server after package change. I think it's just coincidence?
What's your old and current package?
What's you old and current hardware setup?
How long is your new package already?
I think you probably don't have the answer to this but are you on the same OLT port and BNG?
The only other known people here who got this resolved is tng55.
Regarding complain to TM, you can do it. But in my opinion port reset won't help. It basically just reprovision the configuration.
Just say your game latency had increased from x to y.
But as a network engineer who don't play game, I can safely say this won't be looked into.
EDIT:
Is it possible for you to bring a laptop and just try the same game server using public WiFi? Just check if they use TM before testing.
With such a huge latency jump you are facing, I think the test should be accurate to pinpoint if it's limited to you or TM-wide issue.
