I am using the black onr, so far so good no speed drop issue. My router is ax-11000 too.
Speed drop usually happens day or night or just randomly?
*
mine at day, after 9/10am capped at 300, despite reboot ONR wont back to full speed.
but at night, after 9pm, reboot ONR, full speed until next morning

previously is ok full speed all while during day & night using ONR.
I think logged a report to TM on this and see next.

If we bridge the ONR, does VoIP still work and do we need to set up the VLANs on the router?

They are indeed broadband installer contractors. Well versed in initializing and installing TM routers and bridging but only with preset procedures.
Once they encounter problems outside of their set procedures, the only advantage they have vs us, is they can call TM tech directly for TM side quick reset, initialization, passwords, etc.

My installers are nice guys but they don't even know routers can save router configuration into a file for immediate config reload in case of any reset.

I have to teach them where to go for in DLink router (I myself first time using DLink) for config save.
I asked them to configure the ONR in router mode for successful connection, then save the working router config into my PC. Then we do bridging, save another config for bridging mode.

2 config files for both router and bridge mode, so that if my own router fail, I can always temporarily change the router from bridge back to router mode and restore the saved router config for direct ISP connection.

You gave them business PLUS free tutorial class grin.gif

for this line card

https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/NEW-....36e55f93nR3NxU

assume
cost per card US$3030 = RM 13101
split ratio is 64

number of customers UNIFI can serve for one card =16 x64= 1024

average cost UNIFI bears for each customer = RM 13101 / 1024 =RM 12.8

Unifi's ARPU is RM131 in year 2023

in conclusion , Unifi can easily recoup the investment in one month.

So lucky.

No idea on when drop, after reboot at evening, it worked for the night at least for next few hours, then tomorrow morning back to 200-300Mbps. Happened for 3 days in a row and switched out the ONR.

you will never get full speed 2Gbps with this router as it has only 1 2.5G WAN and the rest is 1G LAN

if test at router, suppose can, as the connection on WAN can see as 2.5G, mean the ONR also have 2.5G port, and connect to router on same protocol.
if test on LAN via gigaport also wont get this speed, as 1G capped at 940-950max

I been told that running speedtest in router might not able to achieve full speed due to the limitation on the speed test app.

Guys, usually which speedtest.net server you guys use to test a 1-2gbps connection?

My 1gbps usually hitting around 870-880mbps on most servers. Only off peak and certain hours I will see it above 900mbps closer to my 1GBe limitation.
